Strategically, the new website needed to bring awareness of the diverse wine portfolio, and shift away from the past to focus on the present and future. To this end, the redesign had several key objectives to support the company’s vision and continue its legacy as a trusted luxury Napa Valley wine brand; to transition from Hess Collection to Hess Persson Estates branding, to create an experience that is customer focused and supports the uptick in ecommerce and club sales, and to unify several wine tier brands under a single domain.
The updated imagery, typefaces, warm colour scheme and subtle design elements throughout work together to showcase Hess Persson Estates in an elegant and timeless way. The two main wine brands The Hess Collection and Lions Head Collection are easily accessible by way of two tabs in the header and the pages under Lions Head have a distinct grey colour scheme for further differentiation.
The new site captures the essence of Hess Persson Estates, establishing the winery as a leader and innovator looking towards the future.
