Do you offer different solutions to migrate to Commerce7?

Yes there are a several good options at different price points depending on your goals and budget. We can approach projects in a variety of ways that can meet your expectations while staying on budget.

Do you use a template or prebuilt tools?

If your timeline or budget are more constrained then then using a template or a prebuilt theme is a great way to get a jump start and save on the project.

What is the downside to using a template?

Templates come with some contraints built in -- such as what types of content blocks are available. We can produce a beautiful website for you using a template, but there will be additional fees if you wish to add customizations.

Full custom design projects - sound expensive!

Full custom design projects give you the chance to get exactly what you want with every detail carefully considered. These project carry no constraints, and the result is a website designed and crafted specifically for your winery. We have a great process to help guild the project from start to finish. We are confident that if you decide to invest in a full custom designed website that you will be thrilled with the results.

What does editing the website look like for our team?

Your team will have full access to edit and manage the content on your site. We try to make the tools as content focused as possible so it is as easy as possible to keep your site's content up to date. Some WordPress sites use builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Beaver Builder - which can be good, but demand additional expertise from your team, and require additional maintenance and support. For most wineries the added complexity is unnecessary...so we don't use those builders.

Do you host websites?

Hosting is included in the monthly fee we charge. That fee also includes your SSL, daily backups, WordPress and Plugin updates. We are also your your one stop for support and design updates if needed. It is a great turn key solution and you don't have to worry about the security and health of your site.

What does the project timeline look like?

Depending on your project profile we can get a site up and running in as little as a couple of weeks, or for more customized projects you can expect 8 to 12 weeks. For full custom design project you should expect a project timeline of around 5 months.

Do you provide post launch support?

Once your website is live we are here for the long term. We care about your longer experience with the site we have created to serve your winery and want you to use it to the fullest. Of course you will be able to update and manage the content on your site, but if you need design updates or have questions we are here to help. If you are interested in a formal support arrangement we also offer monthly retainer options.

What about ADA compliance?

Out of the box the website we deliver will score really well for ADA compliance. We also offer additional ADA monitoring options so that as your website evolves and content is updated we can stay on top of ADA compliance.
